The production management of the leather is very important when tanning and dyeing the skin. It is important not to be wasteful, and to utilize all the materials potential. The manner, in which the production takes place, has a huge roll in the development of the fabric, or end product the leather. In many cases miss treatment, unbalanced tanning, or color spraying the fabric can lead to unsatisfactory finishes. In many cases cheaper processes will wash off, or rub off. Preparatory stages: This stage our hide skin is prepared for the tanning process. This is where the skin, fat and hair components are removed, and can include processes such as, preservation, soaking, unhairing, splitting, reliming, bating, frizzing, degreasing, and bleaching.

Tanning process: The tanning process is what enabled the leather to become flexible. The principle behind the raw hide is that it becomes dry and hard, wear as proper tanning will allow the material to become soft and malleable for comfort. Pickling as well as liquoring are all don in a drum. Regular checks are made to the leather to the leather to ensure that the leather has penetrated properly through the skin.

Crusting process:
All of our imported leather have gone through the crusting process, and have been thinned accordingly. Wetting, sammying, splitting, buffing, softening, conditioning, drying, setting, fixation, whitening, stripping, filling, fatliquoring, dying, retanning, neutralization, may be processes used, or reused during crusting.
